Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to reading these Medicare pages, creating an account and sending a message through.

Accepting these terms

Opening and using the RenovaMedicare website means accepting the terms set out on this page. They apply to every visitor, whether an account has been created or not. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.

These terms sit alongside the Privacy Policy, which explains how information submitted through a form is handled.

02

What this site is

This site publishes general reading about Medicare. It sets out what each part covers, how enrollment windows work, how Advantage and supplement plans differ and what to weigh before choosing a plan.

It is written to help a reader ask better questions. It does not enroll anybody in a plan, does not issue coverage and does not stand in for the official Medicare programme or for a licensed adviser reviewing an individual situation.

03

Not advice for a specific situation

  • Nothing here is medical, legal, tax or individual insurance advice.
  • Plan rules, costs and covered medication lists change and vary by area.
  • Any figure or example given is illustrative and not an offer of coverage.
  • Official programme details should always be confirmed with the plan issuer or the Medicare programme itself.
04

Who may use the site

Use of this site is limited to adults aged 18 or over who are residents of the United States. Creating an account confirms that both apply and that the details submitted are truthful and complete.

05

Accounts

Accuracy of details

Account details should be accurate when entered and kept up to date afterwards, so that replies and reminders reach the right place.

Keeping access safe

Passwords stay the responsibility of the account holder. Anything done through an account is treated as done by that holder. Suspected misuse should be reported through the contact page.

Closing an account

An account may be closed on request. Access may also be withdrawn where these terms are broken or where use of the site puts other visitors at risk.

06

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
  • Do not submit false details, or details belonging to somebody else without permission.
  • Do not send unlawful, misleading or abusive material through any form.
  • Do not copy or republish material from these pages as commercial content.
  • Do not use automated tools to harvest content or account information.
07

Messages and consent

The consent boxes on the sign-up form are optional and separate. One covers service messages about a submitted request, the other covers Medicare plan updates and offers. Neither is a condition of using the site or of receiving an answer to a question.

Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP ends messages and replying HELP requests support.

08

Content ownership

The text, layout, graphics and arrangement of these pages are protected and remain the property of RenovaMedicare. Pages may be read, printed and shared for personal use. Republishing, resale or use as part of another commercial offering requires written permission.

09

Outside links

Some pages link to insurers, government resources or other outside sites for reference. Those destinations are run independently, and their content, accuracy and terms are not controlled from here. Visiting them is done under their own rules.

10

Availability

The site is offered as it stands. Access may pause for maintenance, updates or reasons outside reasonable control, and pages may be revised, moved or withdrawn without prior notice.

11

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from reliance on the general reading published here, from an inability to reach the site, or from decisions made about coverage without confirming details with the plan issuer.

12

Dispute resolution

Disputes connected with this site are to be raised first through the contact details below, so that a direct resolution can be attempted. Where that does not settle the matter, the dispute is to be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and not as part of a class or group action.

13

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the site develops. The stamp at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and continued use after a revision means the updated terms apply.

Questions about these terms

Anything unclear in the sections above can be raised through the details below or through the contact page.
